BSRM Masterbond

Masterbond is generally used for lightweight steel welding for grills, gates, steel furniture repairs, steel framework, constructing bus and truck bodies, and all kinds of fabrication. Plates with high levels of corrosion can also be welded.

BSRM Jetbond

Jetbond is mild steel general-purpose rutile electrode conforming to standard AWS A5.1-91 E6013. It is perfect for site fabrication and ideal for tack welding. Jetbond can be used with ease for welding steel structures, frameworks, grills, gates, automative can frame, etc. Jetbond welding creates less spatter and the bead is smooth and clean.

BSRM Jetbond Plus

Jetbond Plus is a mild steel rutile coated electrode conforming to standard AWS A5.1-91 E6013. Jetbond Plus is the perfect electrode for site fabrication. It can be used with ease for welding steels structures, frameworks, and the welding of unalloyed steel in different industries. The same can be used for welding gates and grills as well.

BSRM Aquastar

Aquastar can be used in regular construction work, as well as for welding for structures and framework, sheet metal, ships and ship bodies, railway carriage framework, wagons, storage tanks and other heavy duty work. Aquastar electrodes can be used for welding in any position.

BSRM FastBond

Fastbond is the perfect electrode for site fabrication. These electrodes can be used with ease for welding steel structures, frameworks, grills, gates, automotive cab frames etc. Fastbond welding creates less spatter and bead is smooth and clean.

BSRM Ultraweld

The basic use of Ultraweld is for welding lightweight to heavy steel, very thick and strong joints, medium and high carbon steel, medium tensile structural steel, low-alloy based engineering steel, low-temperature alloys, hard steel, cast steel, and high-temperature sulphur-added steel. These electrodes can be used effectively for hydro-penstock and similar site applications because of their amazing performance and welding capabilities under any condition. The work done by Ultraweld is so perfect that cracks cannot be seen even through x-rays.

BSRM Ultraweld Plus

BSRM Ultraweld Plus is a basic coated, Hydrogen controlled Iron powder with a thicker flux-coated electrode, designed for welding in all positions. It creates tough weld deposits on mild steel and low alloy steels. Weld deposits have Radiographic quality, easy slag detachability, making it the ideal electrode for welding on rigidly resistant structures, where stress cannot be avoided. It has an extremely smooth and stable arc with good arc striking & re-striking characteristics.
